In a garlic wine butter sauce over pasta

Chicken Piccata
Boneless, skinless, chicken tenderloins lightly sautéed in a white wine caper sauce

Chicken Marsala 
Boneless, skinless breaded chicken tenderloins  sautéed with Marsala, garlic and fresh mushrooms

Chicken Parmesan 
Boneless, skinless breaded chicken tenderloins  sautéed and topped with our marinara sauce

Chicken Romano 
Boneless, skinless egg-batter dipped chicken tenderloins  accompanied by a lemon cream sauce
